The cost of building materials in Nigeria as of November 2016.2018/2019 brought about a slight increase of construction costs compared to the previous prices of building materials and the cost of building materials in Nigeria as of November 2016.

I had to read your post twice until I discovered the prices were for 2016. All the prices are far more than they were now. 16mm rod is over N4000 in Benin.
12mm is over N2000 per rod.

Prices will vary from store to store and location too as usual. And oh, they are the recent price list and not 2016.
