Looking to make purchases of building materials for your building projects? Then this article will help you in preparing your budget effectively.

The cost of building materials in Nigeria as of November 2016.2018/2019 brought about a slight increase of construction costs compared to the previous prices of building materials and the cost of building materials in Nigeria as of November 2016.

In a bid to assist intending builders or suppliers on information about the cost of building materials in Nigeria, we decided to compile the list of building materials and their current prices.

This article will also help Nigerians in Diaspora who is making plans for their building projects here in Nigeria and want to know the prices in order to make an informed decision.

I had to read your post twice until I discovered the prices were for 2016. All the prices are far more than they were now. 16mm rod is over N4000 in Benin.
12mm is over N2000 per rod.
