That guy is an illiterate just ignore him. In Nigeria anything imported cannot be exported even this means this assembled products. The law of Nigerian custom anything which you bring in the country you cannot exports it to another country. So even if you bring a engine disassembly and assembly it in Nigeria you cannot export it. The vehicle which is talking about 90% of the parts are important add the Nigerian custom know is you cannot read export anything which is important. When I visited Nigeria I found out this the hard way. We were planning on bringing this assembled equipment from South Africa to Nigeria I will who told even if we start manufacturing we cannot export the manufactured products that is the law of the Nigerian custom
