How do you know the kid does not have intellect simply by looking at him? That, we cannot determine by looks.

some schools do teach these things. And its not about the type of school. At the very least, when i was in primary school we were taught how to set up and connect a switch and light bulb on a small wooden board. Its not as impossible as you think.
U were thought that, I was thought that too we were even thought about how to make a switch to power it.

And it wasn't easy I can still remember the diagram.

Now imagine a primary 6pupil constructing a full blown generator.

A primary 6 pupil without supervision cannot fix a generator that's faulty, except he learns it overtime as a skill, neither can he couple a generator or talkless of making one from scratch.

In this Nigeria, except its a school project.

I can say it anywhere

i pray you have a kid this smart tho. It will open your mind to these things, lol.

I was once like that and I knew where my intellect stopped. U can just use screw driver to open an electronics appliance that's a Lil bit faulty dust it and couple it back and people say u have fixed it or translating a spoilt part from another.

Only looking at the cutting and carvings on the plastic would let u know they used at least an intermediate level machinery, that little boy doesn't have access to.

Don't be surprised if this is all a scam. They just transplanted the parts of a working gen into plastic parts and that's all. If an NGO decides to follow this up they would get disappointed.

Well let's not assume .

It could be scam , it could be real .

Let NGO follow it up , if they will and if they are disappointed fine ! But at least they've tried .

I don't assume on people and what they present . I make my findings before I conclude . that's me anyways.

Back to sender. This is pure dumbness in display.

The generator is scrap and can't even work.

If u observe one of the pics, he used one of his hands to lift it up, its like a mini lunch box.

Now I believe he made it, he just uses scraps to make a generator and a blender look alike.

Babe is this what u call innovation?

The child who creates an light bulb with battery that comes to me performed better than this

now you agree he made it. Its a spark of creativity, you can still encourage him to develop it.

If u are educated and u believe he made that.

Check your education.

A full blown university graduate would find it difficult making a generator from scraps talkless if a primary 6 people. There subjects don't contain anything of such the only way to have such information is the net and that boy doesn't look like someone who can utilize YouTube 40percent

Every single day, people who barely graduated high school, or who have less education than that, go to scrapyards/junkyards and get components to built an entire car from the scattered parts of others. This is very common throughout the world. Teens and adults do this.

A university graduate, provided they didn't cheat their way to a degree, can easily do something like this. It just depends on how much engineering background they have, with less background it takes longer. A generator is a fairly simple piece of equipment. It's not a space craft.

Please educate yourself before you make these statements. And grow some pride. How are you judging this young man's intelligence and capability by his appearance? What's wrong with you?
