izzou: You are still missing it. If I called you directly. Then it is a transaction between the two of us. if I call you via Uber, it is a transaction between myself and Uber. once you meet me you say, forget Uber let's do this ourselves you are defrauding your partner. Uber gave you the opportunity to provide me a service. I would not have met or engaged you if not for Uber. Would you enter a strange corolla who claimed to be running a taxi service? The Uber platform is what creates the trust. Ornicus and Izzou start executive designs Ltd, and we get a contract from mtn. I go to mtn procurement manager and say guy, forget ornizzou Ltd, just do business with Ornicus straight. What is that? 9 Likes |

ornicus: I am not missing your point sir While you and I see your trip story as fraud, you(ornicus) didn't see my Festac/Agbara example as fraud. Because you agree that going online is not worth it. Not all offline suggestions are attempts to defraud. That's my point, sire And for your example, yes, it's fraud 9 Likes |

ornicus: you have tried enough, the picture is clear. The ridiculous fair rate on this apps couple with the bad roads, car maintainance et all is just the challenge. This drivers have personal needs, some on HP, some on rentals. just trying too meet up with life demands, a lot of drivers will have left the platform if there were varieties of alternative. so just try to understand how to handle them and encourage them when you have opportunity too.. sorry about your plight sir 13 Likes 2 Shares |

@ ornicus @ Izzou @ AntiBrutus Please this arguments and explanations are too childish for this forum. I'm sure you have reported the driver? But if you've not please do, as a meter of fact report him to the following - UBER - BOLT - FSARS - EFCC - LASTMA - FRSC - LASEMA - NEPA SO THAT PEACE WILL REIGN N/B our elders are watching us from ........ 8 Likes 1 Share

izzou:The bolded may not be true. The driver might have had a bad experience with festac inner roads before, that's why I asked if he was willing to end the trip at the bus stop because majority of their inner roads are very bad. 2 Likes 1 Share |

deedee44: most of you can never think anything through for the long run. your sim is registered in your name, not so? when you are constantly changing jobs or company name, you are reducing the opportunities available to you it is like undocumented work in the US . you may feel smart at the time, but the end result is gaps in your CV that you cannot explain. so you continue misbehaving up and dan and reregistering with uber. even if they dont catch you, you will forever be an entry level low end driver. nigger behavior. think about long term 1 Like |

deedee44: Bad? Yes Very bad? Depends on your definition So far, the places I know that are very bad are 4th Avenue, 7th Avenue, parts of 23 road, 21 road and 51 road, parts of Ist avenue, and few others. Their major roads are not bad And from his complain, the route to Festac is good. From Cele-2nd rainbow-Apple junction to Festac is okay. Only the driver knows why he brought up the issue of offline for that route sha. Maybe I don't know anything 2 Likes |

I think Ornicus anger is the fact that uber charged him for a trip he didn't embark on. Am guessing cancellation or non-appearance fee. 4 Likes |

Ogbunigwe2018: the charge has already been reversed. my anger is at employees and partners trying to defraud employers/partners you are all complaining about uber, low returns, bad roads etc, as a justification for cheating uber so if uber decides nigeria is not profitable and leaves, who loses? you or them? this is EXACTLY how nigerians [yes izzou, nigerians] destroy companies. they will all shout government, governors, but most of them are all scheming on how to cheat their employers into oblivion. they will tell you it is because they are hungry or some other story 4 Likes |
