50% =15,000
25%= 7,500
12.5%= 3,750
6.25% = 1,875

Your calculation is very wrong bro. These percentage applies to what those categories currently earn. Only grade level 6 down has direct reflect of 30k. Ogbeni read your book.

Consequential adjustment is only affect the basic salary....... Basic salary of level 10-14 for example is within the range of 50k-60k. So do the maths?
