Are you aware of boko haram, bandits, kidnappers etc. The guns you can legally acquire in Nigeria are Limited and you have be licensed. The vast majority are illegal. The government already makes exceptions for those they deem worth arbitrarily like hunters or Civilian joint task force (vigilantes).

Have you ever asked are these guys licensed. Both are hunters fighting boko haram.
