But they ridiculed Zakari and Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa that they have links to APC and as such shouldn't be at the helm of anything that connects APC.

Now they want the SC to follow traditions when it's in their favour.

Marry Odili should rescue herself as Zainab did when and if she was is appointed.

PDP ensured that the Tribunal Woman they accused as Buhari family withdrew herself from the Presidential Tribunal Court but they don't see anything wrong in Justice Odili a strong PDP loyalist. They must be mad in joking.

Politicians must not be allowed to meddle into Nigeria's judiciary otherwise that will spell the end of what is left in Nigeria as a country. Things are already very bad as it is but we ain't seen nothing yet if it gets to the point where politicians can shop around for courts & judges to adjudicate in a particular case. That will set up Nigeria as an established banana republic.

PDP is such a confused opposition party in the history of Nigeria. When has it become the duty of a political party to constitute or recommend who become a judge at any court? Like what Lai Muhammed said during his screening at the upper chamber as a nominee ahead of ministerial appointment that PDP can enjoy being in opposition for 20years after he experience 16years as an opposition politician and see what it feel to be in opposition.

By naming the three preferred Judges, the PDP has shot itself in the foot. Their preference for the 3 Justices and their obvious relationship to one or two members of the PDP either as wife, sister or husband had nullified their intended nomination as they cannot be impartial even if they intended to be.

What about Obasanjo and Goatluck Jonathan? Are they not Supreme Court Justices, they (Obasanjo and Goatluck) too should be appointed to hear the case. Useless idiots.

Obviously Justice Odili cant be among the Supreme
court Judges to handle the Appeal by virtue of being wife to past Governor Odili hence she stands disqualified as she has vested interest by virtue of association.

Mrs Odili must not be allowed to go near that Case. Her husband is a PDP card carrying member.

Not only Mary Odili, the other Judge,Rhodes is from Lagos and his son also contested under PDP senatorial ticket in the last election.Kowa party definitely will be doing better than PDP as opposition party

PDP played down into APC's hand and scored an away goal when they campaigned for the recusion of Justice Bukachiwa from appeal court panel at the PEPT. Their desperation blinded them to see the composition of the supreme court justices. Now APC will apply same tactics by calling for recusion of Justiices Mary Odili and Vivour-Rhodes cos their husband and son are strong PDP members. Even Ngwuta will be ruled out cos it is believed he has an axe to grind with FG owing to corruption trial he was subjected. So all three names re dead on arrival.
