I used UK2Naija sometimes ago and I couldn't believe the very high amount I was charged and I was not even pretty informed.

My packages too is hanging with them they're claiming it's with FBI. They gave out an FBI number that doesn't understand what we are saying.

I just wish they release my packages. And dumb them for gooddddd

This is serious, l have items with them that was withheld for also 2months now . They claim it was with fbi under investigation..How long the investigation will last is what is a mystery now they are not providing more informations related to my items

I started using GIG Logistics for all my international on July, during this period every thing went on smoothly until this month after purchasing iPhone 11 Pro Max.

On 18 September I got their usual of shipping notification that my items are on their way to Nigeria. As usual we keep buying waiting for good to arrive to Nigeria probably on the 24 September. Yet items did not arrived. We decided to called their customer service on the 28 September (after 10day). They told us that our package is under FBI investigation and they will direct us on the what to do.
Before then, they have been receiving our packages everyday for 10days without telling us that our package was intercede by the FBI.

On 29 September we called again and they request we should send all our purchased invoice which we did and they acknowledged our mail then no further information through email or phone calls.

On 5 October we called again and they still keep telling us that our items are under investigation by the FBI and they don’t have anything to do with our package. They also tell us that my shipping name have been blacklisted.

On same 5 October, they sent us email with an FBI agent to call.

did u pay for insurance in the form u scanned to them or you opted out

oh these is serious...any reason for blacklisting you? did u pay for their insurance? when last did u call them to inquire? and hope you didnt use a reported giftcard to checkout? these are the likely questions.

Hmmm... Those people are something else.

They charge me item of 20lbs as 45lbs, When I received the invoice, I told them I don't want the item because of the billing, that they should donate it to GOODWILL, but they ship it forcefully

On receiving the item, I was really pissed. They started well, now they're fucking up big time

What's the nature of the items you bought? Were they bought from Amazon, ebay, a regular store or they were sent to you by a 'friend' over there? Could the FBI possibly have a reason to withhold your items? If you need assistance you need to give people all necessary information.

I will really appreciate all the useful advise anyone can offer ..All items was purchased from EBay and l have all my invoices with the tracking numbers ...the items are all USA used iPhones,iPods,laptops,iPad and shoes..

l was told Security check was on all items by USA authorities..this wasn’t an issue of issurance because usually l get notifications for payment when items is available... l was provided with Fbi contact in charge of the case,l called but he is not picking up my calls .

Please share your experiences with them if you had similar issues with them...

this is serious, I used gig and I have alot of people using them without issue. Call their Nigeria customer care number and complain that the FBI is not picking.

u can't have any shipping company that delivered 100% base on my years of experience. Sometimes is not even their staff, it maybe d seller, delivery man, custom. Anything is possible

why not post it on twitter and tag the FBI official account too

Well in my opinion, I think everyone using GIG needs to start bombarding them with mails or calls. letting them know the complaints we are getting from people about fraud going on in their company and how the fear of losing one's packages may make us to discontinue using them. If we can create a whatsapp group for this cause isn't a bad Idea. Cos an injury to one is an injury all. You or I might not be affected today, is tommorrow guaranteed?

Try to look for their MD's mobile number or email and send a message to him regarding ur issues. If the staff are playing fouls he would sack all of them immediately...

Forget the invoices.. how did you buy the good? Was it a credit card or a Nigerian Debit card.?
Did you use any intermediary for the payment, or you purchased it directly yourself..
These are the important questions..
