Well, we haven't quite learnt the importance of team work or collaboration...we would rather work in silo.


Whats stopping the headies from showing team spirit by sending a yearly calendar to all the stars under its jurisdiction to clear their schedule for a particular day? It means at the beginning of the year, each star will get the "save this date for headies" whether they would be nominated or not, while the upcoming stars get theirs as soon as they make the list...it will be a thing of prestige, it will be an honour to be asked to save that date. That way, there will be no excuse! It is not in September that you would start sending out invites for nominees and others to grace the occasion...hian!

At the end of it all, it will be a win-win for all. My one and only headies attendance was 3 or 4 years ago when Wizkid curved a guy and Mr. Eazi won next rated...it was a fun filled one
