2 + 2 = 4, however, when it comes to religion, things aren't that simple. The answer to the simplest of questions depends on who you are asking. If you ask a Muslim how to make heaven, for example, he will tell you to believe in Muhammed as the messenger of Allah and in Allah as the one true God.

You ask a Christian and he will tell you to accept Jesus as God before you can make heaven.

You enquire from Babalawo and he is gonna tell you to bring palm oil, goats, sheep for the gods.

Why are things so complicated when it comes to religion? Why is the truth of religion subjective and vary depending on who you are talking to? And why do religious people feel their truth is the right one?

Don't we all know that truth is objective and not subjective, or are we so blinded by our biases that 2 + 2 can equal anything depending on how we are brought up,

Before the workweek commences, let me remind us of some incontrovertible truth that will remain the same whether you are talking to someone in China or in Nigeria:
1. 2 + 2 = 4
2. The earth is spherical.
3. Heaven and hell are fairytales.
4. The earth revolves around the sun and not the other way round.
5. The sun rises from the East and sets in the West.

That you're OK with the food you grow up with does not make it the best.

There are things you cannot control such as where you were born, how you were born, and to whom you were born to. But when you grow up, there are things you can control and there are truth you can discover. That responsibility is yours. If you are in a religion you have not taken time to do due diligence to know for yourself if that is the one to be. Then do not blame your parents or guardian. You have a choice to make.

Me no know much about 2+2=4 or anything else you have to say in this your post but one thing I know for absolute certainty is that this your number 2 na lie, the earth is not a sphere apart from some minor bumps here and there and the only reason you would believe the earth is spherical is because somebodi indoctrinated your lazy ass from birth probably like they indoctrinate people into religion and you have never bothered to consider the glaring incontrovertible evidence that is before your eyes that proves convincingly that the earth is indeed flat and the sun rises everyday in Japan the Land of the rising Sun where millions of Japanese work through the night piling wood on a fire to make it burn and warm the very flat earth!

Please educate yourself out of your born with spherical earth indoctrinated ignorance and stop infecting others with it!
