Many commercial activities in Lagos are operated as monopolies. The State and LG has power to enforce anti-trust Laws and break up the monopoly of Northerners in the lucrative keke and okada operations. If the State went to that extreme okada and keke will be regulated. For every 1000 licenses issued 50% ownership and operation must be SW, the remaining 50% will be shared at 10% per zone. Put the new SW Security Corps to manage the service and its enforcement.

Free education for SW indigenes only. Non-SW indigenes are to pay for secondary and higher learning.

Change tax brackets - SW indigenes to file for yearly tax refunds. Non-indigenes exempted.

There are many policies that could be implemented to penalize lack of allegiance to SW.

Like Ogunlewe said, we Yorubas are the leadership of Nigeria.
