77up:One can't speak one's mind anymore without a paid folk attacking. Anyone who speaks against bad governance is now a wailer! Listen, I am not partisan, and I have never voted anything PDP except yaradua and I have always condemned the party. I prefer to vote the small parties than being a sycophant. And I have always supported apc in Lagos, though I don't like tinubu. If things are getting out of hand, it should be stated. Reason we aren't growing in this country. Because of affiliation to a particular party, we do not speak the truth. If the state of Lagos roads are OK to u, please pray your life journey is as smooth as those roads. 1 Like |

What is Seriake Dickson doing with Bayelsa state money? No innovative thinking? He is supposed to draw body near Governor Sanwo-Olu of Lagos state to learn the secrets of this boat investments. The old man said he is going into farming after his governorship terms expires. What did he really achieve for Bayelsa state?

somehow: Not all rivers are navigable. Rapids and cataracts, siltation and seasonal fluctuation of water volume are some of the inhibiting factors. River Osun for example isn't navigable for at least two reasons. |

AutoReportNG: Beginning to notice that AutoReportNG might be part of the Bourdillon Bullion Gang... Nothing against Sanwo-Olu, but like a few other AutoReport posts credit is never given to the Ambode administration that acquired these ferries. Even the bit about online purchase of tickets is all part of the Ambode administration’s Intelligent Transport System (ITS), which would not only allow for online ticket purchases but also for commute planning and intermodal transfer between ferries and buses (and ultimately the light rail trains as well) without having to buy multiple tickets. Finally, in respect of route development, it was also a carryover from the Ambode administration which was dredging and developing 9 major ferry routes in Lagos (the marine equivalent of road highways), following years of fighting with the National Inland Waterways Authority (which by law under Nigeria’s bizarre “federal” system controlled inland waterways) for control of Lagos’ inland waters (litigation that was in fairness carried over from the Fashola administration). PLEASE GIVE CREDIT WHERE DUE! > |
