You would justify it won't you?

But simple arithmetic would be difficult for you to embark upon.

Divide 20 billion dollars by 200 million Nigerians and tell me if that figure would make everyone ok.

Let me help you out.... that would be 100 dollars to every man, woman and child.

Make of that what you may.
Answer the questions u were asked.

Besides,
When America owed the money we are currently owing.
They were still better

Your point will still not add up

Let me not lie and it isn't an insult but you aren't mature enough for this discussion.

You don't have the basic understanding of anything.

Are you aware Buhari got into office on the 31st of December 1983 which actually means January 1, 1984?

Leaving office August 21 - 1985.

Nigeria was already on its knees before taking office.

Don't always take what you've been told as gospel.

Do your own research.

Was our economy in shambles too when he took over in 2015?

More than shambles. Did you not listen to Okonjo , the finance Minister in 2015, that we were already borrowing money not for infrastructurer development but borrowed money to pay Salary.

As to 2015 and beyond, I work in the oil industry outside Nigeria, and I can tell you it was hot for most oil producing and allied services companies.

ExxonMobil downsized worldwide.

Schlumberger did the same.

Canada froze.

It was the death knell for Venezuela.

Angola went into its cocoon.

Saudi Arabia's Aramaco mulled selling shares for the first time in its history.

Nigeria, just as other oil dependent nations went into shock.

We hemorrhage because we haven't even the basics in place.

There is a skilled manpower deficit, infrastructural deficit and moral deficit.

If you cannot comprehend from my statements, then there is little I can do to help you.

keep quiet, Akpabio case is in the court. Tinubu has last held any political office since 2007. Yaadua was in Power, Jonathan spent 6 years. They had all the years to probe Tinubu . If you have any evidence, go ahead and present it in court but don't rely on the one Jonathan government presented against Tinubu in 2012, definitely indomie like you will not know Jonathan government took Tinubu to CCT where Tinubu was found no guilty.

You work in the oil and gas industry yet you don’t know much. Firstly, Buhari has been know to bring recession whenever he is president and his two times as president has proved that.

Back to the oil industry case scenarios- as we speak do you know that corporate has given directives for WRPC Warri and PH to shut down without fundings? Area 1 and 2 for these two respective locations can run conveniently but they decided to shut it down? Area 3 can run but there is an air cooler problem that can be fixed! Reforming unit is good, catalyst is okay, pumps as well. 11 PO 2 +12 PO 2 are okay! Even official vehicles are abandoned, if you cannot fuel it personally then forget it. They even contemplated dropping union staffs! Which the union kicked against!

The above countries you mentioned, have they had it this low? These are the lifeline of the country and yet we cannot even manage them! Let me remind you that the PIB has not been passed, meaning that we do not even know how many litres of crude is being sold, lost or siphoned through illegal means. Here you are comparing Nigeria’s oil and gas sector with other sensible countries!

The Nigerian oil and gas sectors did not go into shock, they have always been in shock!! How can a country’s source of income not have a regulatory body? Do you know the implication of this? I can tell that you don’t know anything about the oil and gas sector! Maybe you’re just a wanna be!

bamoproperty:
The Federal High Court in Lagos on Tuesday ordered the forfeiture of three landed properties belonging to Kola Aluko, an ally of a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Diezani Allison-Madueke.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission gave the value of the landed properties located in Abuja and Lagos as $73m and N350m.

The EFCC gave the names of the properties as Plot 3389 and Plot 3390, House 2, Margaret Thatcher Close, Asokoro Cadastral Zone, Abuja; as well as Avenue Towers, Plot 1391 Tiamiyu Savage Street, Victoria Island, Lagos
the properties were reasonably suspected to be proceeds of unlawful activities.

Following an ex parte application on Tuesday, Justice Mohammed Liman ordered the properties temporarily forfeited to the Federal Government.

EFCC lawyer, Rotimi Oyedepo, had told the judge that Section 17 of the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act No. 14 2016 empowered the court to make such a forfeiture order
The properties sought to be attached are reasonably suspected to be proceeds of an unlawful diversion from the Federal Government of Nigeria.

“That the respondent’s known and provable lawful income is far less than the properties sought to be forfeited to the Federal Government of Nigeria,” the lawyer said in the application.

An operative of the EFCC, Sambo Mayana, said the anti-graft agency investigated Aluko after receiving from Mr Debo Adeniran, the Executive Chairman of the Coalition Against Corrupt Leaders, “a damning intelligence report and a petition alleging fraud, lack of transparency and unethical conduct in the transfer of production rights in the oil mining leases against the respondent and his cronies
That there are suspicious financial transactions involving the 1st respondent, KAA and Atlantic Energy Holding Limited based in the British Virgin Island.
That the company, in the course of three years, received large suspicious transfers from two sister companies, namely: Atlantic Energy Drilling Concept Limited and Atlantic Energy Brass Development Limited, based in Nigeria.”

After granting the forfeiture order, the judge directed the EFCC to publish it in a national newspaper.
He adjourned till November 12, 2019, for anyone interested in the properties to appear before him to show cause why they should not be permanently forfeited to the Federal Government.

Like the claim that was credited to Abacha's wife then; "seize and confiscate as you want, we can't be as poor as Dangote!" I think all EFCC could do is seize these known properties and funds, they can't take all because they don't even know how many of these choice properties he has scattered across Nigeria and abroad. Its just a shame. At the end of the whole trial, he'll still be a billionaire feeding large on our stolen monies!!

It is not a new thing to me, anyway.

EFCC/FG is a joke.

those who are taking sides on FG, pls, who among you can name the beneficiaries of the recovered Abacha's loot?

with all the money recovered from looters and frauds, what are the things the FG has done with them to impact on the economy and other sectors in the state for improvement?

the fact still remains that all the recovered assets would still go round and be re-looted.

They recovered abacha’s loot and shared it to Nigerians then they went to borrow money to fund capital projects.. is this government not a fraudulent conduit pipe for corruption?

Buhari's tenure of 1982-85 is known for the harsh policies the government implemented to protect itself, with many Nigerians, who were seen as a security threat by the government, being detained, jailed, and even executed during his rule. He is well known for bringing recession and anti people policies!

Someone who after successfully overthrowing the democratically elected government of Shigari, Buhari justified the Army's actions in 1983 by defining the civilian government as having been corrupt and hopeless. Buhari was quick to indefinitely suspend Nigeria's 1979 constitution. This man should have been jailed and sent to the gallows! Yet he was repackaged and forced down our throat to be president! Shame on all of us..

Whoever gave you information on NPN days misled you big time.
