Am not saying GEJ's Looting is better ,all am saying is bubu should do something to alleviate poverty . All these rampant stealing we are witnessing are sometimes caused by hunger .GEJ was a looter am not justifying that but during his administration Nigeria was better and they were open about their looting , not like in this administration where we hear things like animals (snakes,rats,and monkeys) running away with our money ,but I too really hope they all get punished

Well.. After reading in btw the lines in order to a proper understanding of the matter, I did not see any capital expenditure being budgeted in the 600 million.
Am not a fan of any political party, but let's try nd get a clear understanding of things before we criticise.
