According to the latest report, the Federal Executive Council FEC in a meeting which took place on Wednesday and headed by VP Yemi Osinbajo has approved a change of name for the Ministry of Communications.

The Ministry is now to be called Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy.

This was made public by Spokesperson to President Muhammadu Buhari, Ahmad Bashir.

He wrote, “The Federal Executive Council has approved the change of name for Ministry of Communications, now to be called Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy.”

As much as I pray and hope this government betters the lot of Nigerians I think this change in name is not necessary.
I expected it to be change in the culture in the way they address issues to be more swifter,faster and efficient.
We need results not adverts.
