Fans have continued to show concern over the sudden weight loss of Nigerian porn star, Kingtblakhoc.

Kingtblakhoc who used to be a bit chubby shocked his fans when new photos of him looking so lean emerged few weeks ago.

The young adult film star actor who has a daughter got his fans and non-fans talking. Some claim it's weed and alcohol that caused his weight loss while also claim he may have contracted a disease that made him lean.
