For over a week now, I have been trying to send money to someone film a software with my GTB Bank Master Card (naira), but all efforts failed. I even visited GTB branch in Abuja's and I got four digital numbers to verify the Master Card linked to the account and in spite of the verification, the payment did not go through.
I need help fast and a good one too.

Try Access Bank. I had similar issues with my GTBank debit card up to last year till I lost the card and got a replacement. After the replacement I have been using my GTBank Naira MasterCard for PayPal transactions.

I have Access Bank Visa Card but the black market rate Access will charge may exceed 400 naira to a dollar, I don't trust Access

Don't waste your time with GTB card, it won't work. Same thing that had been happening for some time now and that was why i don't bother myself with Nigeria PayPal payment anymore. Access bank will just cut your neck with rate and something money will be deducted from your account and it won't go through.

Accessbank visa dollars card is What I Use i Have Never Notice #400 per $ charges,last Month as I transact With My Card was #367 per $ another Option Is To Buy With Exchanger.

The issue still pending, today, I tried paying with my Zenith Bank Visa Card Naira account, it ended like GTB Master Card.
I even got an invoice from the person.
One f that wanted to pay on my behalf, l mistakenly bump into a thread here on scam and the persons' name was their.
Now that Zenith failed, any reliable exchanger around.

why are small things been complicated in my country, why must the government and majority of the people choose to do evil than good.

If ur GTB card have been successfully linked to your PayPal account previously then u don't need to panic.
I want to know if you have made a successful purchase through PayPal using that account.

If yes, ask the person you want to pay to create a PayPal payment gateway for you to pay instead of trying to send payment to His PayPal email address

Get someone to help you pay for the service while you meticulously sort out ur Paypay - Bank issue

getting someone reliable is a big challenge, I want to try uba stuff

uba said Visa prepaid Card has replaced the africard I have to try this and get back to you guys

Trying UBA was the biggest mistake, l even lost some money to them, yet the payment failed to go through.
I will never go close to UBA again.
What next, I don't know but making this payment is a task that must be done
