Yes it is necessary to watch the videos. Download the YouTube app on your phone. You can save videos on the app so you don't always have to use data to watch everyday. But if you have data, you can watch on YouTube.

Also, get quality headphones or earphones so the messages penetrate into you.

Note that there are good and bad subliminal channels, some use good powers, some evil powers.
