Yes, it is. This issue causes problem every now and then between couples and therefore leads to separation. I "have" couples whose marriages are shaking and everything about to crumble. Even now my friend's sister is on it.

Yes, we all know that's the right thing to do;that a man should do house chores too (not even helping her out,it is their responsibility. Yes, both of them).

However, I asked this question indirectly to bring it to their (men's) consciousness (a lot of them don't even know why they think the way they do, they just go with the flow) and to know exactly why those who have a contrary view think that way.

Whether a man helps out or not in house chores is not your business. If marriages are crashing because of house chores, then the people involved are not ready to make their marriage work.
We see people celebrate 20, 30 and 40 years wedding anniversary, house chores didn't break their homes.

Stupid girl and stupid boy will marry and one breakable plate will break their home.

What works for one family may not work for another. Marriage has no formula.
If you want a man who will go to market, buy vegetables, slice onions and wash the plates, please get one.

Another lady out there is comfortable her man not doing it. Another is okay with the little time her man comes into the kitchen.
