The name "Nigeria" is okay; there is no need to change it. A change in name would require acceptability all over the country; this would bring up a lot of debates. A change in name would require constitutional amendment, which would take up a lot of time and resources. A change in name would mean that official documents (both public and private) all over the country would have to be reprinted; this would have a lot of cost implications. 2 Likes 1 Share |
