ALthough I never liked the ibezi guy, was very flashy, looks desperate and always selling himself in the news but I think this judgement is a fraud! APGA won, they should have called for a rerun instead of awarding victory

The supreme court and constitution are clear on how election petition can be proven.this judgment was clearly bought.the only snag on that election was the violence witnessed during the polls and in that regard,a rerun should be ordered.ifeanyi won both the main polls and rerun even in obosi

election victory through INEC is no longer a guarantee for victory for contested position. Why waste your money during campaign, when such money could be saved to get "justice" from Nigerian court. This is ridiculous. Very soon some people will only contest primary election, and will not be bother with the general election, but would approach the court to grant them winner after the general election. I am very familiar with idemili.i was at afor udo,ogidi last year and i still have friends there.online view is a mirror of what is on ground to a large extent.in the national space,most of those online are southerners who mostly supported atiku

He wanted it by all means and was ready to do just about anything to win that election. Not politically savvy but relying on the incumbent power of APGA to push him through...lets not forget how 2 Obosi people lost their lives in that election.
The Chidoka are too smart for Ibezi and APGA....Ike Obosi swore that Ibezim will never have his way. Umeh is out and now Ibezim. APGA is dead.
