Lmfao. Musa, don't even go there. My neighbour's son, ABBA, is in one of these centres(the one in Katsina). He was among those rescued. And his very educated but uncivilised father, who is a senior staff at Dangote, has taken him to another of these centres in Kano, this time. They are Islamic centres run by mallam. All they do there is read korans and listen to long sermons. I know what I am saying.

Could it be that the gvt has failed to provide good rehab centers and that's y this ones came up

Honestly, the North seems to be sitting on a time bomb and their leaders, traditional and political, need to come alive to their responsibilities.

Looking at the multitude of children in that video and how they probably were being stripped of any sense of humanity, ditto the adults, I shudder with fear at what might become of their orientation tomorrow.

The governors in that region need to put some stringent measure to control their procreation. You cant keep bringing children into the world when you're not ready to take care of them. That is the height of irresponsibility.
