We just got a report from an eye witness at the Abia State University at the late hours yesterday, stating that the male hostel provided by the school management was set ablaze, and at that hour there was no sufficient source of water to fight the fire that was engulfing the building while students properties were inside.

The video below shows when the fire was raving and there was no water to subdue the fire immediately
