Hello guys. I greet you all. Please I need some help �.
There's this guy I've known for years. We have been friends, though business partners, I buy goods from him in one of the most popular markets in the East. Then later he travelled out to Dubai. After some years, specifically in 2017, I told him about coming over. We agreed on plans and payments. I sent him some money, huge amount of money, through a Nigerian account number. My brothers, till today, I didn't see paper, and he has been telling me he will refund. I still have him on Facebook, he makes posts often, and still claims to be a good man. He is married and has a kid here in Nigeria. Although I couldn't track the address of his family. Please guys how do I report him to efcc? He is a yahoo boy. I don't know how many people he has defrauded since then. He crashed my business.
