1. DCEU is the cinematic universe, containing all the DC movies.
2. DCU is the comicbook multiverses, it contains all the universes you can find in the comicbooks and i also said multiverses because DC in 2017 introduced Dark multiverse.
3. DC multiverse is the collection of 52 universes just think of parallel realities.

Overall, DC has 52 universes and DCEU,CW TV shows, DCU TV shows( like swamp thing, titans) are part of the 52 universes.
