roads during the day

Lagos has quick response system I don't think it's necessary in Lagos. I travel in the night to lagos most tyms and I see trailers traveling in night also. Lagos own na business 24/7 wetin the abiano need na working emergency system

The restriction isn't the solution, the cause of the problem should be identified first. As a steel construction person, I advocate that all flatbeds and tankers that is more than 6meters should be installed with the tandem triaxle and not the buggy axle you see around , the buggy axle isn't as stable as the tandem triaxle axle.

Obiano finds it easier to ban businesses than provide fire fighting vehicles for residents of his state.

not enough. get a task force , access and ban any road worthless vehicles from the road
without sentiment. the story is always this car is carrying a family of 10,you are a wicked person
but who is really wicked, the person putting a dangerous vehicle off the road, or the person endangering the lives of everyone else for their business?

Even me didn't get it on time due to the bad use of words. I first thought he meant they can drive during the day when that's d time they should be sensibly off the roads until I read and reread to get the full gist of it
