If you are on phone press the center of your screen. And different menus will pop up. Look at the top right hand corner of the screen you will see three dot that look like this : click it and go to MAC address send that to me. So once I activate you. The only way your theory is even possible is if 9mobile allow meshing on there network which I doubt and second Pipul TV now decided to rebroadcast each and every station trough 9mobile network of mesh. Then compile it and broadcast all station trough 9mobile. Yes this will work but like we all know 9mobile is not a mesh network. So your statement is wrong. Even 9mobile pays for the network it distribute.
