What you people don't understand is that President Buhari has a limit to what he knows about the affairs of the country. Ask Abba Kyari and u will know better. Going by antecedents I am with Akpabio on this one. The NDDC has been in a mess for decades and the Minister at least has a track record of getting things done. He should place his moves on the table so he can work out a legal way through. Negotiation is the key. He should remember he is no more an 'Executive' governor.
