Bello is not the Youngest governor in Nigerian history i.e as a civilian and there are MANY who were younger as military.

eg Buhari as governor of North East of even Gowon as president

Abubakar Rimi was governor of Kano before 40. Same thing for Orji Uzor Kalu
Donald Duke , Nnamani,Yerima ,Turaki etc

Amaechi, Fashola,Akpabio Ibori Igbinedion,Dariye,Markafi ,Kwakwanso were all young governors
