That isn't exactly correct.

James Ibori of Delta was same age as Yahaya Bello when he became governor in 1999.

Orji Uzor Kalu of Abia, Donald Duke of Cross River and Ahmad Sani Yerima of Zamfara were even younger as at the time the became governors in 1999.

So, nor be today the youths don start to dey f..k up.
