Greetings, Please kindly help out. Just got my Umidigi Uwake, Connected it to charging source but it has not been charging since arrival. Used the prescribed output charger (5V, 1A) My question: Is there anything I need to do to ensure it charge Or is the device bad? Thanks in anticipation |

drolapet:Change power source. You can use wall socket or try connecting it to a PC. |

Please anybody with similar experience I changed the SIM of my umidigi 1 and on restarting it was displaying privacy protection password which I can not really remember.please anyone with a way out should reach out.Thank you so very much from a depressed mind |

drolapet: I suspect, device came fully charged from Umidigi.... Use your Umidigi uwake for about 30 minutes, then try charging again...... My Umidigi uwake is working 100% (albeit hibernating in a cupboard)......... |

Lexusgs430: It came with 60% charged, used it up to 10% Switched it off and Plugged it into a power source since last week Friday that it came, till today still showing 10% Or do I need to switch it on when charging? Does it give any sound/notification when charging? Presently at work, would send pictures latter. Thanks |
