Let's be very honest. The bucket seems clean. Look at it very well, it still looks sparkling. Could be a unit given or allocated to them that they didn't use for dustbin or rubbish purposes. We shouldn't in the name of trending online snap anything offline and make false allegation about it. Yes! It's a container and some people can keep it in their store and not use it for rubbish or dustbin storage purpose.
It's now left for the government to prosecute them for not using it for the government intended purpose and not you snapping it to go online and make false allegation about it.

It has gotten to notice that people now use sanitation materials provided by the government for personal use.

A boy was seen this morning in Mafoluku in Oshodi using Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency waste bucket to store clean water.

The act has sparked outrage and reactions from web users after a resident pictured the boy.

Look in the background. There's a small refuse heap there. So they decided to use one of the refuse bins for refuse and dump the rest of the refuse on the ground while using the other bin to store water.

Wonderful.

Take a look at the far right of that picture, you will notice that there is one dustbin filled with waste and overflowing. If this one wasn't poached, it would help save the inhabitants from communicable diseases. Stop justifying evil and call a spade by the name.

You guys here are so funny......

Do you know how many local government offices have a huge number of these waste bins that were supplied to the local government but were never distributed to the people?

Come to Sapele and see for yourself...

Come to Orerokpe and see for yourself..

Both locations are in Delta State.

And i am very sure that there could be L.G complexes in Lagos with these disposal bin heaped in huge number that are not being distributed to the populace.

So if i took about 5 of them and turned them to water containers, that's how some overzealous phone holder will just snap and upload it on the internet.

You people once again are just too funny.
