Let's be very honest. The bucket seems clean. Look at it very well, it still looks sparkling. Could be a unit given or allocated to them that they didn't use for dustbin or rubbish purposes. We shouldn't in the name of trending online snap anything offline and make false allegation about it. Yes! It's a container and some people can keep it in their store and not use it for rubbish or dustbin storage purpose.
It's now left for the government to prosecute them for not using it for the government intended purpose and not you snapping it to go online and make false allegation about it.

It's the shirt seller again! Check my signature below for more details.

Why are people reacting welcome to the country where we provide everything for ourselves and yet we pay tax am sure a good amount of money was paid for that and instead of letting it go to waste because Las Las so long say name oshodi it will be stolen by another street or stolen by people that sold it to them in order to resell to them dey decided to secure there future by making use of it in a more specific way oga let them fetch there water in peace ooo
