The Minister of Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola, SAN. Speaking shortly after the Federal Executive Council meeting, he said reports on the poor state of the country’s roads were mere hypes. It will not be well with this minister called Babatunde fashola for saying the poor states of our roads are overly hyped. I think he is absent minded. From Benin to warri, F9, Benin to okene F9, Benin to onistha E8, east west road D7, aba to PH F12, Uromi to Agbor F20, PH to Uyo F10, the list is endless and you say it's over hyped? Isn't N58.4 billion too much? How long is the bridge with respect to distance? How wide is the bridge going to be? Which construction company is going to handle the project? Such huge sum of money can construct glass bridge in China from Shenzen to Hong Kong (about 27.4 Km). Our politicians are here again God help us Am seriously speechless 1 Like

Therefore, do not be too bitter that Lagos-Ibadan Railway is about 80% and that the Lagos-Ibadan expressway is about 75% and that Ikorodu-Sagamu road has been awarded while South-South and South-East roads are abandoned.
