I am from Rivers state and i am familiar with the terrain in bayelsa.From my experience, to build such structure in Bayelsa budget N24-26m. I will recommend 35 to 40 million. We just finished a similar project though in the south east. Both building and furnishing has cost more than 90 million and still counting but just like someone rightly said it depends on your taste. We are targeting high class guest. 30 Million can only build a local hotel. Standard hotel will cost about 50 million with moderate state of art facilities. |
