Baba, you are right.....but sikowitz17 has a point there as well.

Not everyone knows the bro code, and at this level you won't know who will snitch on you.......also snitches won't get stitches cos it would happen in a flash and inside barracks.

I will still carry my phone in and even my spirit and soul won't be aware it's with me.....till am inside toilet or bathroom......lol (just kidding tho, just wanted to make the group lively Abit)

Please somebody should guide me here
The Date of Birth on my WAEC is 1994... And all my other documents (FSLC, NIMC, BVN, UNI. TRANSCRIPT) is 1996.

Although I have two age declarations ( one of 1994 and the other of 1996). Please Which do you think I should go with. Thank you

I'll really appreciate your kind response pls. Thankyou again

I'll advice u to tender the one of 1994( cos u still within the age limit) tell them your real age is 94 and tell them your age on others was simply a mistake and wasn't done by you. They have a tendency to believe cos u claiming a higher age and sound like u telling the truth.

Na officers dey check the documentation and most of them arent friendly... If the dates don't add up, they will indicate it on your form and when they now review it after and they don't agree...the person is going home..

I get guys from my state wry carry phone enter for my room course 45...we were all using the phone to call in secret places until one officer approached him and demanded for the phone...if not that he was nice and only held it till screenings end...e for be another thing...
What's my point somebody that was using the phone with us was the one that told on us thinking that they would disqualify us and reduce the number..
If you can be secretive about it, no problem..

they might do it like January's own...those who didn't have their original waec certificates had to buy scratch card and re print..

If you have a NECO certificate, use it to avoid stories. If not, I think the most logical thing next is to get a court affidavit claiming 96, even though they would suspect foul play coz it's too recent

see they will take all as its accepted... WhT I'm driving at is if you don't have the originals, they would definitely be a way to verify..

Go with the 1996.
Then go get a backdated affidavit to cover the error of the waec ...

Although i don't see any issue since both DOB are within the specified age range.

You have a very warped view about competition, especially the type at NDA.

I am sure you are the type that will rat your villagemen out in a bid to stay in the race. It is quite childish and wont augur well for you even if you get in. All your coursemates will know you are a snitch and they wont trust you when the chips are down (when it comes to a situation of life and death)

Take it easy, man. Army no be do or die. There is still so much to live for. Focus on building good relationship, so that even if you dont get in, you will get good network in the Army.

Thanks bro
