Both upstream and downstream 02 sensors throwing code.

clear, run the engine for 5 minutes, and take scan again.

if it comes back, trace and check the integrity of wiring/harness and connections to both sensors. use volt meter to verify if power supply to sensor is 12V

likely cause is melted wires or harness. also, check for shorts and blown fuse.

if these tests are passed, consider a change of 02 sensors

check spark plug to cylinder 1.

And how do I remove rust on battery terminal. Found those white-greenish color stuff on the terminal

That was helpful. Thanks Boss. The O2 sensors are intact but the wires are cut. The Mech around me said he can't find where to fix it so left it that way.
I will check the plugs and coils and revert.

take that car to Alhaji amusan, by nepa. ladipo(mushin side), all parts are located there and in abundance, and the required expertise.
you also need to have a personal hand held scanner. let me know if you need a resource person over there to help assist you.
Clear codes, drive car and repeat scan, before you proceed.
