As i was traveling through Oba road of idemili south of Anambra state, i saw people gathered and decided to go and see the reason for the gathering. Lo and behold there was a very big snake raised by a big stick. I was shocked because I thought they don't kill python in anambra state.

@op, tradition was broken for the isrealite to pass thru the Red Sea and now tradition was set aside for lala to eat his favourite. Therefore, tradition hindrances will be broken and we shall be favoured

This is a little strange, if that is truly Eke Idemili as that Snake is revere there and not touch.

..they don't kill pythons...maybe it was hit by a vehicle on that high way.....and there lots of snake in that place.....I miss oba sha....I miss going to top 10 and taminus.....lolz

I remember how they teased me that if I ever killed a python, I would buy a casket and organize a full funeral for it, wearing full mourning cloth for one month.
That shit scared the hell out of me as a kid to the extent that I was scared of going to the village.

We should stop killing them

The rate at which we kill them these days, their population will soon be threatened. Lets learn to live peacefully with these beautiful snakes. They don't bite to attack and to defend. They only swallow small animals
If you keep your cool, a human - python cohabitation is very possible.
