The only factor of measuring development is HDI....that is all we have . development is about human social progress not neccasrily what we see but experience. And alas when you check this out Ghana did well above kenya ....

See it is more than 7 to 8 times that kenya rebased its GDP. going back 2013 ..Ghana had a bigger GDP than kenya . I am sure when the 2020 digital census comes out and many hiding index that were bidding flush out . you will see the next figure. The rate at which Ghana economy shows it can overpass kenya so easily . it has already over pass Tanzania by IMF and world bank record...

personally, i will say nairobi has multinational corporations than Accra base on data but not developed based on opportunities of financial capacity.......

You are only looking at it from the level of skyscraper or high rise building ....while forgetting that development isn't about the number of building or height . China has more skyscraper than the whole Europe in combime but it is impossible to say say Shanghai is more developed than London....

Our sgr will be the longest in Africa.We will connect first,Rwanda,then DRC and Burundi and probably Uganda.That won't be complete today.but fist phase will be done on march or April next year.Kiberans must come and see engineering complex stuff from a first world nation.We will use very high tech stuff.Just imagine,a control room in Dar will be able to stop or slow down a bullet train anywhere in case a driver don't go with proper speed.Very advanced stuff

if is skyscraper, Accra has none. it is prone to earthquake and advise is given to have high rise instead, so what exactly do you want to see.tell me, should i show you goverment official office . let's do it. it will be better. we can look at parliament house , ministry building, presidential seat or some hotels around .....let's game
