Again, she's clearly intelligent enough to pick up any of those tools in 3-6 months. Probably reach advanced proficiency in under a year, she has demonstrated it already.

Congratulations to her but can I ask a quick question? With 7.0 CGPA can she compete with computer science student in Russia or China who have gone through regorous practical classes, built App and Softwares which is beneficial to their country.

Computer science student in Nigeria are Paper computer scientists who have no knowledge of modern world expositions in Technology.
