@npowerng, please inform your principals that beneficiaries find it impossible to see their Focal Persons. There are cases like Delta State were no single Npower person has seen the focal person one-on-one.
The monitors in Delta are very corrupt. The Philips mentioned above even collects money from Npower volunteers to do relocation.
Many people from Delta State were posted to far locations hence they require relocation but he usually charge from N1,500 to N10,000 for this.
The monitors will do nothing if not paid the bribe they request for and boast there is nothing the person can do.
I am not a beneficiary but I have relations and friends whose siblings or partners are beneficiaries and the constant complaints are that they are being extorted by npower monitors in Delta State.
It is always difficult to get proof, hence there over-confidence when extorting beneficiaries.
@hiplus make sure your person is protected and safe because these people are evil and will not take it likely that you people have reported them.

Your actions are the reason most of these monitors take advantage of beneficiaries.
Someone is reporting a case of extortion and bribery and you are still referring them to the same people who are the culprits.
@hiplus, forget about these people and the program and cut your losses. This is how they will delay and delay until it gets to 45days and later tell you there is nothing they can do.

i can remember hw i wasted so much money(over 1500,to and fro wk in wk out) going to Alausa often,only to meet the focal person absence...not 1ce,twice,but so many times.it was very painful..i wasnt being paid for months,yet i was wasting money just to get to meet with d focal person..who later decieved me she wld hlp when i finally met her.. collecting photocopies of my id card nd undertaking i wrote(letter), yet i was still exited..

I suggest you go on Twitter and complain against Npower and the focal person. State your complaints and also tell how you tried contacting the focal person and Npower officials but nothing was done to your case. Make enough noise and tag newspapers, the Presidency, Vice President and Mr Afolabi's office. I am sure they will revisit your case. It is time you resort to self help by taking this to the social media space.
You have a case, do not be scared to fight for your right. You cannot be punished for the incompetence of others.

They went to the NOA office in Asaba today(14-11-2019) to submit the letters and Mr Steve who is incharge of the NOA-NPOWER desk requested for the same N30,000 bribe. All efforts to appeal to him to begin work on her case without the money failed.

Her husband was informed of the development via phone call, and he ask to speak with the Mr Steve, so he can play along and have him on record, as there was no way they could record the conversation in his office.

This call between Mr Steve and her husband, captured Mr Steve making the request and trying to justify the bribe. Mr Steve even admitted collecting all the needed documents from them today, and acknowledged that she has done everything needed of her. You can also hear in the conversation where Mr Steve confirmed to be the one responsible for all Npower cases, and even the focal person still have to forward all such cases to him for attention.

They have done what you requested which is submitting the documents to Mr Steve at the NOA-NPOWER desk, and also getting proof if he demands for bribe. I hope this has proven their bribe allegations and also convince you that this is a racketeering ring, and nobody will work on her case or that of any Npower beneficiary with issues, until there is some kind of monetary inducement.

The 45days is fast approaching, as she has less than 5 working days. We appeal that you resolve this issue and have the hold on her profile lifted soonest, to avoid her unwarranted exit from the program and for her to receive her stipends.

Good you know the incorporation of N-Power into a ministry is the cause of the delay, as soon as data and information are reconciled, you will be paid your stipends.
