The Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State capital, has granted a Stay of Execution on the judgment of the Federal High Court in Yenagoa barring the All Progressives Congress (APC) from participating in Saturday, November 16 gubernatorial election.

Why are APC members trouble some and always find it difficult to accept election outcomes.

PDP should go and prepare for the election. APC will participate whether they like it or not. There is no free ride to government house again. If they can’t contest against APC in a state like Bayelsa, they should just withdraw from the race.

for lokpbobiri case the lawyers re working on that already they will get stay of execution today or latest tomorrow.how can a judge give a ruling 48hours to election is that not an act of wickedness.
Alaibe was the first to filed a suit challenging the emergence of pdp candidate but ruling was fixed after election .the judge just want to cause confusion but no problem Apc will get the stay of execution then proceed to appeal the nonsense rulings

Degi Wagara certificate forgery, because of the process involves , I guess Bayelsa will go the Rivers way and Oshobaba will be blame for it and kicked out...The crisis that happened before the last general election in most states are yet to be resolve , I expected Oshobaba to have mend those fences even before now, cos as it stands , I don't think he can survive it as chairman mostly if the APC fails to make it into the Ballot on Saturday in Bayelsa. Just like Rivers , no lesson learnt from the last general election.
