No party has the monopoly of using the court to gain undue advantage. If PDP won’t compete fairly, APC should also play along. Let us all see how it will end.

You see what PDP has turned Nigeria electoral and judicial system. I said it that judiciary will go to the dogs the moment Wike used Rivers state owned high court to nullify APC candidates in 2019 general election.

Now the new order is just ambush your opponent in court and wait 48 to 24hrs to election secure court judgement nullifying his or her candidacy.

PDP was busy hailing the judiciary for the evil they committed to Rivers APC by making sure they never presented any candidate in 2019 elections.

What goes around, comes around. Oya those that hailed judiciary when they said APC in Rivers does not have candidates should also hail this judgement.

If i hear judiciary is messed up or democracy is under threat from anybody ehhhh. Ogun, Amadioha, Songo will do the rest.

This is Wike and PDP legacy using the court to stop opponents from contesting election.
