It's not okay at all. It speaks volume. It shows the mother is not in control of the home as she seems to be of her congregation, or she is preaching different messages to the church and family, or the daughter is not in sinc with her mothers calling. But one thing is clear from the Bible, if you can not rule or control your home well, you are not fit to be a servant of God. The Bible says you must be able to rule your house well.
Another perspective to this is that, are we sure the Prophetess is against this type of dressing and has been preaching against it? Because I know many pastors and churches that don't see anything wrong in this type of dressing and they don't bother themselves preaching against it.
