Please a room self contain/room&parlor needed in Basin, Irewolede, Fate-Tanke, GRA areas of ilorin with Water, Electricity and Security.
NB: my budget is between 80-120k.

If you're on a kinda low-budget, I'll recommend a 80k A Room Self-Contain apartment in Tanke. It's a School Area (UNILORIN).
And if you want something better or close to the best, budget your 100-110k..
PS: The costs includes Agent fees.
