Dear Friends,
I am urgently in need of a very decent room self-contained apartment in areas of close proximity to Ikeja, most preferably From Palmgrove to Ogudu - Ojota side (except Ogba and Agege side). I'd be relocating from my current place because of the distance to my work place.
The rent at my current place is due and I hate getting into avoidable issues with a Landlord. I have been on this search for about 4months now [color=#990000][/color] embarassed

Kindly help me in any possible way. My budget is #250,000 yearly rent.
