The South-East lost almost everything during the civil war, but today they are doing very well in various aspects of life. What is the secret? how did they come from grass to grace, and to riches. Is it diligence, dedication or what?? does anyone know.

Why do igbos like talking about this war that they bounced back..wouldn't you bounce back before from a war of over 50yrs ago?.. even Rwanda is doing well after over 20yrs of the end of their civil war.. same thing with Angola that their civil war ended in 2002. Today they are developing fast.
Bragging again about a war that was fought over 50yrs ago.

Rwanda civil war ended 1994. Biafra war ended 1967..
Why are you guys still chestbeating about a war that ended over 50yrs ago?
And for the case of 20 pounds, igbos were even lucky to get money.. in some countries, war victims don't get any thing..
And morever, 20 pounds was a very big money in the 60's..

The civil war brought about a kinda natural selection amongst the Igbo race.. Any Igbo man, woman child that survived that war, rose like a Leviathan with an exceptionally honed instinct for survival and prosperity.. The rest is history..
