Have tried my best to find an article on Google that states either Ghana or Naigeria roads are ranked ahead of Kenya in terms of quality but my attempt was all in vain, maybe if you can help me here by providing any link on the same will really appreciate

Once you get into hyperinflation once - it very difficult to fully recover - Argentina, Zimbabwe, Ghana - will find it hard to recover from that crisis of confidence.
