For the past one week, whenever I subscribe for MTN Night plan bundle, I notice I'm being charged from my normal data subscription instead of the night plan data. The first two times it happened, I didn't really understand what happened as i noticed a sudden decrease in my data balance during the day so I decided to track it on the third day. That was when I noticed the night plan data was still unused(500mb) while everything I've been using has been my normal sub.

Chatted up the customer care on WhatsApp in the morning and after explaining to them, she credited my line with #100 as money for the refund for the 3 night subs(imaginegrin). Still not satisfied because I wanted a refund of my regular data or maybe the equivalent airtime because the fault was from them. I decided to call and speak to them directly and they assured me everything will be rectified, that was since Friday and till now, I've not seen or heard anything from them.

I subscribed again this morning and noticed I'm still being charged from my normal data again while the night plan data remains untouched. Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed this?

The system can't distinguish between your day and night plans. Its obvious you'll need separate lines for the separate data subscription

this is what I usually do to avoid that crap.... Anytime I subscribe... I will switch to airplane when it's 12 am then switch back to network. After the switch the mtn network brain will recorrected and it has been working fine

Lol..
I wanted to download films and I didn't want to use my 2gb data, so I subscribed for night browsing and to cut the story short, those idiots started removing my day data instead of the night data I bought...
That day I wanted to cry
