Aside Atiku, former Presidential candidate of the party being absent at Kogi and Bayelsa 2019 Guber campaigns. He and Obi have abandoned the party and will shamefully return to pull another stunt using Dollars to win 2023 primaries for selfish purposes.

I find it strange that that PDP Governors of SE extraction are failing to stamp their influence on the party and build bridges across other states especially.

In the wake of APC making more in-roads into the South South.

Acquisition of Akpabio of Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa and Edo Government Houses, I think more South South states will fall to APC in 2023.

I think it is ripe opportunity for Igbos to control the PDP party and organize it to favor their Presidential Campaigns but it is shocking that they are not, knowing fully well APC will not give them the chance.

Why is there absence of magnanimous PDP Politicians in SE?

The PDP Governors are "holding their side" and no-one wants to expose himself anyhow.

Once you become a Fayose, you are pencilled down to be dealt with...so there is a complacency or let me say "tacit" agreement with the "powers-that-be" in Abuja.

For the Presidency, no party will politically field an Igbo for 2023. That's the political reality, most have performed abysmally low to the extent, in a free and fair contest, might start losing from their home states.

Again, you don't have the number, at least domiciled in your region...we all saw the "magic" in Okene...2023 will record more abracadabra. The magic of Nigeria politricks starts with voter-accreditation in your region.

Asides Obi, who doesn't even control his state, who else?

So...everyone is more interested in "jejely" retaining his state and perhaps act the spoiler than going to "do pass yaself".

If Umahi doesn't decamp...the states in the SE will hold their side, excepting tentatively Abia.
2023 is still far, though...
